CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours * before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.No-shows will be billed 50% of the service that was scheduled.
In order to hold your appointment I do require a credit/debit card on file (will not be charged until service is complete. You may still lay another way at that time. Or you may pay a $30 NON-Refundable deposit. You will need to click on the forms link to sign the cancellation policy form.
You will also need to fill out a consent form for whichever service you will be receiving which is also located in the forms link.

Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments.
All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via phone or text.
LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
Lash Extension Fill Policies
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done by Sammi Kay Beauty Bar– NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must have them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons or lash artist. Sammi Kay Beauty Bar has a $20 removal fee.
* Refill prices are based on having at least 40% of your lash extensions still attached on each eye. Anything less is considered a "Full- Set" and will be charged according.
PAYMENT/GRATUITY
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.
Gratuities are accepted.
We do not keep change onsite for cash paying clients.
***A $3.00 charge will be added when using credit or debit as payment method if total amount is $30.00 or more***
